Randy Wagner is a pen name and secret identity for Santa Claus. He is temporarily living in New Mexico while operations move from the North Pole to the South Pole due to melting ice. New Mexico was chosen because the reindeer are especially fond of green chile. Santa spends his time writing, designing toys and also being a nurse because Santa has a special place in his heart for helping others.
